(Large) Tempering Systems

We provide partially or fully automated tempering systems for the steel and aluminum industry with the matching charging machine. Depending on requirements, the systems can be complemented by oil, water and/or polymer baths or air showers. For your benefit we integrate all components into your automated system. Bulk goods are loaded onto grids or in baskets. Individual parts weighing from 20 kg up to 15 tons or more can be loaded individually.

The loaded grates are taken from the loading tables of the charging machine, weighed and placed in the rotary hearth hardening furnace. After heating to hardening temperature, they can be quenched either in water, hardening oil or on an air quenching device. The tempering process then takes place in the rotary hearth tempering furnace. The centrally arranged automatic charging unit operates all positions. The main advantage of this completely redesigned tempering concept is the impact- and drop-free charging in the hot area. Mechanical damage to the parts is therefore ruled out. This innovative tempering concept meets the highest standards of efficiency, minimum environmental impact and quality assurance.
