The chamber furnaces are designed for the batch type operation.

The to be heat treated parts are placed directly or on grids onto the in the furnace arranged support benches by means of the charging machine or fork lift .

The burners are arranged in the side walls and or back wall of the furnace, however in such a manner that the flames will not touch the load directly (above the load, in between the support benches).

With complete heat treatment furnace plants using chamber furnaces the furnaces can be executed for high as well as low temperature use. Here the refractory fiber lining will ensure the necessary operation flexibility.

With the use as forging chamber furnace the refractory lining and the burner equipment will be adjusted to the requirements. This is also the case when used as aging furnace in the aluminum industry.
